After Your Visit
We welcome  feedback from our patients. Your comments help us improve the services that we  provide. Patient comment cards are located in all clinics. Please take the time to complete a card and return it to us. You may also be contacted by our Patient Satisfaction Survey Team several weeks after your visit, and interviewed about  your experience.

Outpatient/Family Educational  Materials
Patient and family education is very important to us at Duke  Medical Center and Health System. Our qualified medical and nursing staff will  assess your informational needs. They will then provide you with educational  materials specific to your plan of care in the Duke Clinic.

Whom do I call in the case of an  emergency?
